Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery (RBM) 〰️
Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery, founded by Alakh Analda, is a gentle, self-directed breathing practice rooted in yogic consciousness, metaphysics and the lineage of traditional Rebirthing Breathwork (as pioneered by Leonard Orr). At the heart of RBM is a relaxed, connected breath that activates the parasympathetic nervous system, the body’s natural state of “rest and digest” inviting deep healing without the overwhelm.
Unlike more forceful breathwork modalities, RBM is non-triggering and somatically attuned. It offers a safe and nourishing space for the release and integration of limiting patterns, without needing to push or emotionally purge. With breath as the guide and a clear intention as your compass, RBM supports you in uncovering and unwinding subconscious material gently and sustainably.
What to Expect
A typical session runs for around 90 minutes and includes:
An intention-setting process
A continuous, relaxed breathing rhythm
Time for integration and reflection
With regular practice, RBM allows long-held memories and emotional imprints, often formed in early life or birth, to surface and shift. This isn’t about reliving trauma, but about being resourced enough to let go of what no longer serves, at a pace that honours your body and your story.
Benefits of RBM
Deep relaxation and nervous system repair
Emotional clarity and resilience
Release of ingrained tension and limiting beliefs
Heightened self-awareness and inner connection
Support for spiritual exploration and transformation
Gentle empowerment for authentic, intentional living
Whether you’re seeking 1:1 sessions, group journeys or retreat experiences, RBM is a deeply intuitive and accessible practice that meets you where you are. It is especially supportive for those navigating transitions, healing early imprints, or longing to return to a sense of inner safety and trust.
